i watched the first few episodes and i could not get into it. it was not at all like I thought it was going to be. i thought dude was gonna start cooking it up and start selling like crazy, but that did not happen. it started to become more about what they were going to do with the guys they just killed.
but since dude won the emmy and it has been getting all of this praise i have decided to give it another shot. i got a feeling that it is much better than i think it is.
i really like cranston too. he was hilarious on malcolm in the middle, but i dont know where the other guy comes from. you know?

@stew: i'm not sure where Jesse Pinkman (the young guy) came from...but according to his profile on IMDB he has been around for a while in various movies and tv shows...
@niki: i actually didn't watch all of season and caught back up there the minisodes on AMC...b/c of the strike this was one of the shows that was cut short.
but you both should definitely revisit/caught up on this show...at first i was like wtf is going on and why can't these guys get things right?!? it was sort of fustrating but interesting and exciting to watch at the same time...
i love the whole concept and the writers, acting and directing is top notch!
